Refund policy

Hattie Mae Designs will gladly accept items purchased within 10 business days from the original date of purchase. We offer returns in the form of store credit only. (less shipping fees for any online order.)  After your order has been returned to our store please allow up to 3 days for your return to be processed. Store credit will be issued via gift card and can be used to purchase items in-store or on our website. Any returns that do not meet the following guidelines will not be accepted: 

  • All merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the receipt date. 
  • We must be notified of the return within 3 days from the date of receiving. Please inspect all items upon delivery. 
  • Merchandise must be unused or unworn with original tagging. 
  • Merchandise must be free of smells to be accepted. 
  • All sale items are final sale. 
  • Hattie Mae does NOT offer return labels, all returns are at the customer's expense. 
  • We do NOT refund shipping costs, your gift card will be less than those expenses. 
  • All seasonal decor will not be accepted for store credit if the season has already passed. 
  • All jewelry, shoes, and intimates will be considered for final sale.

Order Changes/ Cancellations

You may not change or cancel your order after payment is received. 

 

Damages

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email Hattiemaeorders@gmail.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item within 3 days of receiving the item.  This process must be done exclusively through email for return purposes. Please have integrity and be honest about all your returns. If there is a mistake on our end or the item is damaged in shipping we will issue store credit. If the same product merchandise is not available at the time we will issue store credit.
