Hattie Mae Designs is a family owned and operated business located in the Charleston historic district in Charleston, Illinois. Our building is well-known as the historic pharmacy. Today it looks a little bit different as we have renovated. Be sure to come and visit us at 519 7th street! Hattie Mae's has been around for over 25 years. It started out as a hobby traveling to all the local events and setting up our display. Over the years the whole family has developed a love for design. A lot of people ask how Hattie Mae got its name. Our beloved basset hound Hattie was a well traveled pup, as she traveled with the whole family to every event. As we were looking for a name for our brick and mortar store it was only fitting for Hattie Mae to be apart of our journey. Our inventory is always changing!
